We can help our customers in the the following ways:

• Insurance Claim Assistance- we can assist by answering questions and offering sound guidance
• Rental Car Arrangements- We will arrange for a rental car if needed
• 24/7 Towing- This service is always available after business hours
• Free pick-up & delivery within a 10 mile radius- Transportation home or to work are available, as are rides when a customer’s car is ready
• Courtesy Burbank Airport Shuttle- If a customer is dropping off their car and heading out of town, we can drop them off at the airport.  This is a good way to save on having to rent a car.
• Proactive Vehicle Status Updates- We stay in constant contact with customers by at least two phone calls a week.
• Office Desk for Visiting Appraisers- We have a desk and work space available for field appraisers and reinspectors
• Complimentary Car Wash- Every car is cleaned before it is delivered.
